Raising awareness around key
Facing challenges raising awareness around the environmental impact of video streaming - a highly technical policy area - membership body Greening of Streaming approached us to help with their messaging and to build a narrative around this issue that would reach key stakeholders in Government and the media.
What We Did
- We built a profile around the Greening of Streaming as the pioneers for raising awareness for the environmental impact of streaming and to be seen as the figureheads of the industry’s efforts to make positive changes
- We redesigned their messaging to focus away from technical policy language into accessible messaging and broad themes that could be easily understood by stakeholders and the general public
- We conducted a stakeholder engagement campaign with national journalists, MPs and civil servants to build support for industry-led action in this area
- We led a YouGov survey to gain vital consumer views around streaming and awareness around its environmental impact

- Delivery of Parliamentary Reception attended by 100+ guests and speeches from former DCMS Minister and Shadow Environment Minister
- Shadow Environment Minister and Ofcom spoke at Greening of Streaming’s Annual Summit
