Kippo is a social app for gamers that has created a unique community for GenZ and Millennials to express themselves authentically and connect with others through the integration of immersive in-app technology. With gaming usage up 75% since the beginning of the pandemic, Kippo is looking for quality coverage that builds the app’s credibility among casual and hardcore gamers.
The Challenge
At the start of 2022, we were tasked with shifting the company’s narrative from a dedicated dating app to a social app with a Metaverse adaptation called Kippoverse.

Our Strategy
Focus on garnering the attention of top-tier media outlets to announce the launch of the new app and company-built Metaverse experience called Kippoverse to gain the attention of potential new users and investors in the space.

Impactful top-tier reviews and media briefings converted into earned media coverage from VentureBeat, PC Magazine, PocketGamer, DotLA, Yahoo! Entertainment and more.
Following this update, PC Magazine awarded Kippo with the “Editors Choice” stamp of approval,“Kippo lets gamers and geeks express their passions and attract romantic partners through a stylish, mobile dating app that doubles as a full-blown social hub.”
Kippo also confirmed that the app is averaging 600 new members a week and is seeing 32% revenue growth MoM as a direct result of coverage.
