The Challenge
OpenWeb approached Clarity in September 2020 to help increase brand awareness around the platform’s work decreasing online toxicity for online conversations. OpenWeb felt they were missing out on key media and online moderation conversations and needed a partner with established contacts with key business, tech, and media reporters to ensure their voice was heard.

Our Solution
Clarity rapidly onboarded and was able to secure data-driven features in The Wall Street Journal and WIRED. To date, the team has continued to build the company profile, as well as the CEO and Co-Founder, engaging press on timely topics related to publishers, Section 230, and other priority topics, resulting in interviews and coverage with MarketWatch, Adweek, Digiday, and the LA Times.
