Our role was to liaise with US based stakeholders and advise on the most effective approach to drive brand awareness across Europe at a time when they were relatively unknown, though strong presence in US, and in a highly competitive landscape where the heavy hitters were driving almost all of the share of voice.
As the Hub agency we ran media relations, content creation, industry body & analyst engagement, owning the relationship with each local incountry agency team, came up with creative campaigns that could then be adopted in locally relevant ways, set and monitored the agency KPIs and ensured updates from HQ cascaded down to each team.
Additional services that were bolted on in the first six months included a standalone Case Study Programme which was imperative in all geos and a Media Relations training for spokespeople in each region, ensuring the new narrative we launched with was being delivered with consistency.
