The Challenge

ShipHero turned to Clarity for support in building brand awareness as they prepared for a unique and challenging Q3 and Q4 in 2020, and to help with securing media placements ahead of their series-A fundraise planned for 2021. Founded in 2011, the company was by no means an early startup, however it grew to become one of the only e-commerce and logistics startups who hadn’t raised funds and was profitable.

Our Solution

Clarity came on board in August 2020 and immediately got to work distinguishing ShipHero as a category innovator - the company always seemed to be one step ahead of its competitors in terms of growth and services offered. Our communications strategy relied on data from ShipHero to put together trends pieces, expert commentary to speak to the “shipaggedon” retail experienced in Q4 (and more!), thought leadership, and ongoing company news such as new product features.

Since our partnership began, ShipHero has been featured in Wall Street Journal, Business Insider, Supply Chain Dive and many more national and trade publications. Our work with ShipHero is ongoing through 2021.
