We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team in London. As a Marketing Manager you will play a crucial role in crafting and executing Clarity’s strategic marketing campaigns.  With your creative thinking, data-driven approach, and strong communication skills, you navigate the ever-evolving landscape of marketing and communication to help Clarity achieve their goals.

The suitable candidate must have experience working in a digital marketing agency and a strong understanding of the challenges faced by marketing leaders in growing technology focused businesses.

By driving our marketing efforts across various channels. You will be responsible for supporting and coordinating agency content, events, website, social channels, account-based marketing (ABM) management, agency digital marketing, agency PR, and reporting on marketing effectiveness. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and implement strategic marketing initiatives, increasing our brand visibility and achieving business goals.

Roles and Responsibilities

Agency Content:

Collaborate with internal partners to create compelling, high-quality content for various marketing materials, including blog posts, articles, whitepapers, and case studies. Ensure content aligns with the company's brand voice and message.

Events:

Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing events such as webinars, conferences, trade shows, and product launches. Oversee event logistics, including venue selection, promotion, and post-event follow-up.

Website:

Manage and update the company website, ensuring it is current, user-friendly, and optimized for search engines (SEO). Work with designers and developers to implement necessary improvements.

Social Channels:

Working with internal experts, support execution of a social media strategy to engage our audience and increase our online presence. Create and curate relevant content for social media platforms, monitoring engagement and providing timely responses.

ABM Management:

Implement and manage account-based marketing strategies to target key clients and prospects.

Collaborate with the partners to align marketing efforts with account-specific goals.

Agency Performance Marketing:

Work closely with stakeholders globally to create and optimise digital marketing campaigns, including paid advertising, email marketing, and SEO. Monitor campaign performance and provide feedback for improvements.

Agency PR:

Collaborate with PR4C ( PR for Clarity) to develop and execute public relations campaigns that enhance brand reputation. Identify and secure media opportunities, press releases, and thought leadership placements.

Reporting on Marketing Effectiveness:

Collect and analyse data on marketing performance and ROI.Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.

About you:

  • Relevant Degree
  • Proficient experience in HubSpot
  • Proven experience in marketing management, including content creation, event planning, website management, and social media.
  • Familiarity with account-based marketing (ABM) principles.
  • Strong project management and organisational skills.
  • Proficiency in marketing software and analytics tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative marketing ideas.
  • Results-oriented and data-driven mindset.
  • Strong leadership and team collaboration skills
  • Expert level understanding of Google Sheets/Excel, Google Slides/Powerpoint, and Google Docs/Word and other document processing tools in the Google suite
  • Deep strategic expertise across content marketing and its role in SEO strategies
