As a result of securing some fantastic new business, we are now on the hunt for a Senior Account Executive to join our US team, based in New York or California (Los Angeles or San Diego).
Senior Account Executives at Clarity lead client relationships, developing and executing integrated communication strategies that achieve measurable results. They are proactive collaborators, working closely with internal teams and clients to deliver exceptional service.
As a Senior Account Executive at Clarity, you will:
- Play an active role in supporting key accounts, developing and executing integrated communication strategies to achieve client objectives.
- Cultivate and leverage media relationships to secure top-tier coverage, adapting strategies to maximize impact.
- Drive client programs across various tactics (including PR, content, social media, events) and analyzing performance data
- Develop compelling communication materials (including media pitches, press releases, social media content) that resonate with target audiences.
- Supervise and mentor junior staff and help foster our inclusive and collaborative environment.
- Contribute to new business development through helping with research, proposal preparation, and pitches.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices.
- Contribute innovative ideas to improve client results and adapt plans, demonstrating initiative, flexibility, and resourcefulness.
- Exhibit strong written and verbal communication skills.
About you:
- A track record of success in an in-house communications team or communications agency setting, preferably in B2B or B2C tech
- A self-motivated individual with a strong work ethic and a focus on achieving measurable outcomes.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic communication plans that align with client business goals.
- An understanding of developing and implementing multi-channel communications programs that extend beyond traditional media relations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives and build strong relationships.
- Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and quality in all work.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to effectively juggle multiple projects and deadlines.
- Demonstrates sound judgment and resourcefulness in tackling challenges and finding solutions independently.

New York: $65,000 – $80,000
