At Clarity, our values are to be fearless, global and positive.
We provide fearless marketing and communications consultancy to the world’s most progressive companies.
We do this by helping to solve their biggest challenges, and supporting their rapidly changing needs, with a strategic creative mindset and constantly expanding best-in-class, full-funnel, specialist services and expertise.

We’re Global
We were born out of London’s tech startup boom in 2013, and now represent some of the biggest brands in the world across the U.S., EMEA and APAC.
Alongside PR and corporate communications, we now offer leading SEO, digital marketing, paid and organic social, content production, public affairs, insight & analytics, and website development services - all of which can integrate or work independently to generate insightful, creative, and measured work.
We’re Fearless
While we’ve evolved, our mission remains the same: to provide fearless consultancy to the world’s most progressive companies, solving their biggest challenges and supporting their rapidly changing needs.
And, while our clients are all striving to solve issues impacting the world, we also want to ensure we’re helping support the issues that matter most to us. This has led to us taking on a larger group of pro bono clients than many other agencies in the space. For example, we have pledged more than USD$1m+ of services to clients promoting DE&I, alongside supporting numerous pro bono clients including 1000 Black Voices, a tech accelerator for Black founders, and Mirza, a company empowering caregivers and their employers.
Another area we focus our attention and passion towards is the future of our planet. As we’ve grown and evolved, this has seen us launch the Clarity Sustainability Taskforce. The team’s top priority has been supporting the achievement of B-Corp status for Clarity globally by the end of 2023, which we’re proud to announce is likely due to happen ahead of schedule.
As we continue to expand our services, and through our venture studio Atrium, we look forward to continuing to drive the innovation that the marcomms sector, and beyond, needs to power positive impact.

We’ve built the brand around our culture, which is entrepreneurial, creative, and agile, and always puts positivity and our people first.
We’re proud that our 250+ strong team is made up of some of the brightest minds in the business, with a real depth of experience and diversity that means we’re able to always offer clients the cutting edge.
Our wellbeing benefits have grown as we have to support the high caliber of our team, with initiatives for every person, and life stage, to support long-term retention. This includes our Enhanced Family Leave programme, which gives parents industry-leading pre and antenatal time off, alongside childcare support for parents traveling into the office. We also offer up to four weeks compassionate leave for all of life's circumstances including menopause, miscarriage and IVF.
DE&I best practice is also now integrated into all candidate, employee, customer and vendor programs to set direction, and continuously build accountability and opportunity.
As part of our ongoing mission to drive positive impact in the world, we’re proud to work with a higher number of pro bono clients than many other marketing and communications agencies.
To help solve the biggest challenges impacting our team, we’ve set up five global taskforces, each with a distinct and fearless mission that seeks to drive positive impact in the world.
