That’s why we need a talented Account Manager to join our Sydney Team.

The Role:

Account Executives & Senior Account Executives are the frontline of our client service teams. They are the organisational backbone and executional powerhouse behind the success of every account. You will have at least two years of demonstrated in-house or agency experience working within client teams to manage day to day work flow and implementation of communication tactics including: content creation, media relations, research, media monitoring, reporting and proactive agenda surfing. You will be a confident communicator both within your teams and with clients, be comfortable owning key aspects of client activity, and have developed your time management capabilities enabling you to manage your workflow across a range of clients and deliver tasks to a high standard, within deadline.

The Successful Candidate Will Demonstrate:

• Prior experience in an in-house communications role or communications agency setting
• A passion for the communications and media landscape in Australia
• Strong written and verbal communications skills
• Good judgement and the ability to is able to solve problems independently when needed
• Active listening skills, respect toward clients and colleagues and the ability to give and receive constructive feedback
• Are collaborative, intellectually curious, flexible
• Have a passion for B2B communications and for telling stories that create impact across the entire stakeholder mix
• Have permanent work rights with no restrictions

Salary Ranges

$60,000 - $70,000 excl. compulsory superannuation.
